ch 21,
sc in 20ch.
Work even in sc for 16 rows,
Dec 1st each end of every alt row until 10sts remain.
work 1 row even in sc
next: sc in 2sc, ch6, sk6, sc in last 2sc,
sc in each sc and ch across.
Inc 1st each end of every alt row until 20sts remain.
Work even in sc for 17 rows.
Tie off.
Sleeves (make 2)
ch 15,
sc in 14ch.
work even in sc for5 rows.
Inc 1 st each end of next row.
work 2 rows even in sc.
Dec 1st each end of every alt row until 4sts remain.
Tie off
Attach to body
Sew up seams.

Shorts
ch33,
sc in 32ch
Inc 6sts evenly across next row.
Work even in sc for 12 rows.
Divide for legs.
work 2sc in first sc, sc in 16sc, 2sc in next sc,
ch1 turn, sc across,
work 2sc in first sc, sc in 18sc, 2sc in next sc,
Work even in sc for 3 more rows.
Work other leg the same.
Tie off.
Sew up leg and back seams leaving top inch open.
Attach velcro to fasten.
